Simply go to the “Track My Order” section with your tracking number, name and order number.

Your tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped.

Very often our emails arrive directly in your spam folder. You automatically receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is validated, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a link to the order tracking details. You can also consult the "track my order" page to check the status of your order in real time. If you have difficulty finding your tracking information, email us at contact@oldmoneymen.net and we will be happy to help.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please email us immediately at contact@oldmoneymen.net if a change needs to be made. If we manage to catch it in time, we can update your order. If your modification has not been taken into account in time, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item for an exchange or refund.
